1. Cataphoretic painting (KTL):
a surface treatment procedure mainly used in the motor vehicle industry which provides good corrosion prevention.
Pre-treatment:
To coat the metal parts with a micro zinc phosphate layer (layer weight: 1.5 - 2.5 g/m2) with HENKEL chemicals.
Our pre-treatment line is controlled by a computer.
We are using a six zone-type, spraying technology.

The technological parameters are checked in our own laboratory by a laboratory assistant.

KTL painting:
It is made with PPG painting and immersion process. Our KTL paint is a black colour indoor paint with silky shine.
The burning is made at 155°C object temperature. The maximum layer thickness is 15 to 25 micron.

2. Electrostatic powder spraying (sintering, agglomeration):
to coat the metal parts with polyester or epoxy ester powder paint which provides good corrosion prevention and nice appearance for the surface-treated parts.
Sintering:
We have two equipment:
Useful dimensions:
length = 7000 mm
width = 1000 mm
height = 1500 mm

Pre-treatment:
During the pre-treatment the degreasing and the coating with iron phosphate is made with HENKEL chemicals. We have a two-zone, spraying technology.
Useful dimensions:
length = 1500 mm
width = 700 mm
height = 1600 mm

The equipment is controlled by a SIEMENS S7-200 PLC control system.
The used powder spraying technological machines are: WAGNER and GEMA models.
Pre-treatment:
To coat the metal parts with a micro zinc-phosphate layer (layer weight: 1.5 - 2.5 g/m2) with chemicals distributed by HENKEL.
Our pre-treatment line is controlled by a computer.
We are using an eight zone-type, spraying technology.

If the there are greater quality requirements we are applying a powder sprayed coat onto the zinc-phosphate pre-treated KTL base coat.
3. Shot-blasting:
we prepare the surface of the parts before the painting in the case when this operation is ordered by the technical specification.
Type of the machine: HC80
